This coat is pretty much everything, in my opinion. Striped, navy and faux fur – all very good things. The shape is perfect – a faux fur coat should never be too long or too short; making this a super flattering piece.
You can´t go wrong investing in good quality silk, and you certainly can’t go wrong investing in silk pyjamas! Opt for classic and timeless white which will last you forever (and I promise you, bedtime will actually feel like a treat!).
This book has truly become my go-to bible for all things healthy and sustainable living. So many wellness books can sadly be very restrictive and preachy; this book encompasses all things balanced, common sense and really leaving you wanting to nourish and fuel your body with goodness. A must buy!
Even though the colder season is drawing in, there is no excuse to stop working out – but the motivation is no doubt dropping off. So be it if you´re a hardcore gym bunny or running outside is your thing – I always find investing in some new gym kit is the ultimate motivation to get started and keep going – these killer tights are a winner in my books (and will get you noticed running when the dark draws in).
