Sometimes, you just can’t beat a clean and crisp shirt. It’s such a simple and somewhat anonymous piece; yet it can change a whole look with it’s straight-cut attitude and style. I have A LOT of shirts (I mean a lot). Granted, it’s not the piece in my wardrobe I wear the most, as I do sometimes struggle with it looking too clean cut and strict. I either wear my shirts tucked underneath a fitted jumper together with a leather mini or a feminine skirt – or I add a pair of killer heels, skinny jeans and a power coat (as above). It’s important to keep the matching components fitted and feminine if your shirt is a boyish fit – together with some strong accessories.

I love this particular shirt from Crew Clothing Co.; I really like the two tone colour, and the fit is perfect. It’s not too short, too structured or tight (all good things). I also adore the bright blue colour; it will be super versatile throughout all seasons!
