I picked up this cute white cotton shirt from the new Bimba & Lola store in Westfield today. I have been looking for that ‘perfect’ white shirt which is not too smart – not too casual. I think I might have found actual perfection in a shirt – this has the combination of casual, yet clean, crisp lines in the collar, buttoning and shape.
Bimba & Lola is by far one of my all-time favourite brands. I especially love their quirky accessories, colourful leather bags and shoes, which is their core trademark. Price and quality is also really good – I paid £49 for this shirt, which is not a bad price for a key wardrobe essential.
Style Tip: To avoid a straight office look, wear the shirt with a contrasting accessory; I am wearing it today with my Superfine skinny jeans and my vintage western belt – bringing casual edge to the overall look.
You are so right it is the perfect white shirt and just the one I was looking for. Do you have any idea how to buy one if they dont have it on their webshop? Do you have a stylename/number for it, så I can write them…. I need to get that shirt!
