THAT DRESS

This is, without exaggaration, the most beautiful dress I own to date. I have been looking for the perfect dress for my engagement party, and this one was love at first sight. Ideal length, colour and style – elegant yet eclectic. I love the sheer navy applique over the cream silk, and the pannelled elements. Super flattering and chic.

I’m sorry for the grainy outfit pics, but we were in such a rush, so these will have to do. Our engagement party was a huge sucess, we felt so honoured to see how many people had made an effort to attend, as many were travelling from abroad. I was initially so stressed out (no surpise there), but it turned out perfect and truly a night to remember. On the day, we were surprised with a hotel suite at the private members club/hotel, Home House (pictured above) – staying in the beautiful Lady Islington suite, which we found out was Madonna’s old apartment suite…! It was quintessentially British and gorgeous, loved it. All in all – a pretty amazing weekend.
