THAT BAG

THAT BAG

My heart literally skipped a beat when I opened the box to this dream of a bag from Saint Laurent. It´s everything I could wish for – cross body, suede, tasselled and with that all important luxe, touch of a chain.

I am so weak when it comes to my bags. Funnily enough, I am not at all bothered with designer shoes – it´s always been about the bags. I just think they can do so much for your outfit; adding a beautiful, leather bag can suddenly transform the overall look from plain, to expensive. I am not saying you can´t achieve that with so many other, not so expensive components – but it´s the way I personally like to dress. My style is so casual and comfortable (you´ll rarely see me in high heels), and I am a through and through high street girl. That´s why I like to spend that bit more on my bags, enabling me to keep my main look affordable and accessible, but adding that one piece, which changes it all.

So glad I discovered your blog! That bag really is amazing and I’m totally with you when it comes to designer shoes vs. designer bags! To me it’s a much better investment as shoes can be “destroyed” more easily..
