SUN KISSED POLKA DOTS

I can’t quite believe it´s a week today, when we touched back down in London after 10 blissful days in the Maldives. Before I share my 4-part travel series with you (yep, it´s a long one!) – I thought I´d show you one of my favourite outfits from the trip, on our second night staying at the beautiful Conrad Maldives on Rangali Island… I scooped up this stunning dress just before I jetted off, and it was the perfect piece to throw on after a long day in the sun with a touch of sun kissed glow and blissfully barefoot (you basically don’t wear any shoes in the Maldives)… In other words, when I´m at my happiest.

This was actually one of the only misty days we had over the course of 10 days (we were so lucky with the weather), and we shot this just at dusk on our way to the dinner, with a warm breeze setting in. Gone are the days when I live for the scorching heat and constant sunshine; I much prefer a medium temperature (you´ll more often that not, find me hiding underneath the sun lounger) – so this day was the perfect way to settle us in for the holiday.

Absolutely love this dress, in soft viscose and the perfect off the shoulder style (which you all I know I love). It´s also such a versatile piece; which can really work throughout the seasons. A real classic piece – because let´s face it, polka dots are always a good idea.
