I love June. It’s one of my favourite months of the year; the spring blooms are out, we can finally bare our legs and jump into sandals, al fresco dining with Rosé and garden parties galore. Although I love nothing more than jetting off to tropical beach climates – there is something quite magical about summer in the city (especially when it involves a night out with my girls).
Another great thing about summer, is the change of wardrobe. There is definitely a sense of excitement when the new season hits the stores, with much more casual and carefree collections. In my opinion – any style goes in the summer; from soft boho vibes and relaxed denim – to monochrome and clean-cut minimalism. So when nighttime falls and your out of office mode is ON, just jump into a pair of heels, and you’ve nailed your day-to-night outfit.
This is definitely one of those outfits, where I swapped my leather sliders for a pair of mules (the shoe of the season – so comfortable). Catching up with the girls is always a highlight, and has sadly become more of a rarity after escaping to suburbia. On the other hand, it makes you appreciate the city much more, and especially my old West London stomping ground. It feels good to be back.
As always, accessories and jewellery are my thing when it comes to any of my outfits. Not to mention easy and effortless styling. In other words; I’m at my happiest when I’m wearing a pair of casual jeans, a loose fitted top and a leather jacket. Simple at it’s best. But, for magical summer nights like these, it’s fun to add some feminine sparkle to the outfit – especially in the shape of PANDORA´s dreamy new Rose Collection.
The PANDORA Rose Collection has summer all over it – with the soft and delicate colour, the feminine details and classic, timeless lines. In celebration of a new season, I teamed up with the brand to pick my personal favourites from the collection and style it up how I would wear it.
What I particularly love about this collection from PANDORA, is the versatility of the styles. I would wear all of these pieces on holiday (and have every intention of doing so when I jet off to Spain and Cyprus later on this month), teamed with casual denim and floral dresses… However, staying true to my myself on this hot summers night – I styled the sparkly jewellery together with one of my go-to staple looks; a paired down, dark ensemble with leather and tonal hues.
It was hard to choose my favourite pieces from the collection (I basically wanted it all), but not surprisingly, I opted for the most classic and dainty styles, which I know I’ll be wearing over, and over again – and treasure for many summers to come.
