I´m still exploring my new area, and with Richmond just 10 minutes away – I´m always finding myself popping over to look in all the pretty boutiques, walk through the green and hang in all the cute lunch spots.
I don´t know why I was so nervous to move that bit out of town. Although it´s still pretty close, we´ve been so used to living in the thick of it for the past 6-7 years. Moving out for more space and quiet has literally been the best decision we ever made – I finally feel I can breathe! If I don´t want to pop into town, I have all the amenities I need just nearby, not to mention being surrounded by gorgeous parks and the river. At last I feel like we´ve got the best of worlds.
The other week I caught up with fellow bloggers Monica and Ella at the very Instagram worthy No. 1 Duke Street in Richmond – followed by a round of shooting (kind of obligatory when you´re with a gang of bloggers!). I even felt a tiny hint of spring that day, so I popped on some colour (well, everything bar black and grey is colour in my eyes) – with my trusted Filippa K camel coat (similar on sale here), silk shirt from Asceno, go-to boyfriend jeans, my favourite boots of the season from ASOS (best buy EVER) and new cat-eye shades from Taylor Morris (not to forget to my snuggly faux fur scarf – it wasn´t that warm!).
Have a wonderful weekend!

Ooh, these boots look perfect! Exactly what I’ve been looking for.
I know what you mean – it’s hard to move out when you’re used to living in zone 1! I’m now in Stratford and although it takes longer to get to work, I really love the relaxed weekends here.
