I am pleased to share with you that I am taking part of TONI & GUY’s ‘Hair Meet Wardrobe’ campaign – which they initially launched in 2012, along with a range of hair tools portfolio. The campaign is all about expressing your personal style from top to bottom. I will be sharing with you my styling tips and favourite products from the collections over the next month – and offering one of my lucky readers to win their favourite products at the end of it (perfect timing for the party season!).
Voluminous & natural
Dinner & drinks in town
You will need >Toni & Guy Dryer & Waver, a brush (I use my trusted Tangle Teezer) & hair clips.
How > Use the dryer on the normal function until it’s damp, then put the diffuser part on the end and dry your hair on the heat with low pressure, creating volume. When you’re done and your hair is completely dry, separate your hair in small chunks using your hair clips, then start waving; begin at the front and work your way around, and remember it’s very important that you begin from the roots with the waver tool, to create a more natural and even look!
Bouncy, wavy and fun! I absolutely love it! It’s so easy when you get the hang of it, as the waver allows you to put a lot if hair in at the same time (which gives you more chunky waves) – so it only took me less than 10 minutes! A nice change from the regular curling iron, and the perfect styling tool for someone who’s not that good (or patient enough) to use a more manual curler.
Style tip > To keep the hair in focus, maintain the rest of the outfit relatively clean and elegant!
