I’ve finally succumbed. New Balance has been around for a long time now, and although I’ve appreciated the ‘trend’ (hate that word) – it’s not something I could ever see myself wearing at the time (I’ve always had it in my head that trainers make my legs look clumpy). Throughout the years my core style has pretty much remained the same, but I love experimenting with accessories, especially in the bag & footwear department!
As you might recall, I was swayed into investing in a pair of Nike Air Max (who would have thought a few years back), and when I came across this fab colour way in the NB; classic black with strips of turquoise and burgundy, I just had to have them! Simple, with a twist – just how I like it.
Now, I’m on a trainer ban.
Oh, I have the same ones in burgundy. And I have one more pair of NB in grey. I am a huge fan, they are so comfortable! Amazing!

Hey Anneli- Im looking for a pair of comfy trainers which I can wear daily which jeans, leggings maybe a skirt but comfort is really important for me. I like these. Do you think they would be a good choice?
I definitely think these would be a good choice, as they’re quite slimline, and with some colour, they look quite pretty as well! An alternative would be the low top Converse, which I love (I posted about some last week), these are also fab with more feminine outfits!
