MY FIRST JEWELLERY COLLECTION

MY FIRST JEWELLERY COLLECTION

You might have already seen my big news over on Instagram, but if you missed it, then I’m so excited to be jumping on here to let you know that the news is finally out, I have launched my own jewellery collection! It’s been a life-long dream of mine to do this, so when sustainable British jewellery brand, Little by Little got in touch, it was an instant match made in heaven.

Little by Little, founded by great friends Annabel Cox and Georgina Fuggle, always use the beauty found in ingredients as their main design inspiration. This was one of the main things that instantly drew me in, being the foodie that I am, and I just thought it was such a unique idea. Fortunately, their existing and past jewellery design, is completely in-line with my own personal style, so the collaboration was a no brainer for me.

THE COLLECTION

The collaboration has been in the works for well over a year now, and I’m so excited and proud to present to you The Pomegranate Collection. LBL gave me full creative freedom to create exactly what I wanted, and I really hope you love the collection just as much as I do…

The Pomegranate Collection consists of six unique pieces, all inspired by the Pomegranate fruit; the powerful Greek symbol of re-birth, youth, fertility, good luck and abundance. The hero of the collection, a bold, long disc medallion reflects the whole fruit, and plunges below two shorter crown necklaces, each inspired by the internal husk of the pomegranate. A two stranded bracelet and delicate hoop earrings, each suggest hidden seeds and compliment the trio of necklaces. The light and intricate details of each piece mean the collection can be worn in it’s entirety – yet each piece stands strong on it’s own.

“It was a match made in heaven working alongside sustainable brand Little by Little, with it’s classic yet feminine aesthetic, very much reflecting my own personal style in jewellery”.

The Pomegranate Collection really encapsulates mine & LBL’s mutual love for sustainable jewellery and ethos, with focus on quality and longevity – as well as creating a range of jewellery holding real symbolic values and meanings, all very close to our own hearts. All the jewellery is manufactured by a well-established producer in Lima, Peru, using partially recycled silver -which means we know the journey it takes to reach you.

I love that I can wear the entire collection together at the same time, with it being so intricate and light – yet each piece stands strong on it’s own. The trio necklace is my personal favourite combination, yet I love wearing each necklace individually as well. The long disc medallion is the edgiest piece from the collection, and is a real statement style. The medium pendant is the perfect every-day necklace, which goes with everything, and the shorter collar chain is a design I’ve always been on the lookout for, so I decided to create my own version! The pomegranate seed earrings are personal favourites as well, and again, they look great on their own, or stacked together. The dainty bracelet is my go-to bracelet, and is a really easy and feminine style.

“From my initial sketches and designs, the collection has really progressed from much bolder styles, into an assembly of lighter and more dainty pieces – yet still retaining that added edge to the overall design; really reflecting my personal take on the Pomegranate, both symbolically and aesthetically.”

LBL believe in giving back and work alongside the London-based charity, Luminary Bakery. With every piece of jewellery purchased, we donate sufficient funds to enable a disadvantaged woman to train at the bakery for a day and help build her career. I really hope you love the collection!
