Recently, I have been trying and discovering new types of food, such as quinoa (not new, but I´ve only recently started eating it as a substitute to brown rice) and gluten free products. So far, so good – and these organic additions from Holland & Barrett, are all super delicious, and healthy.

Do you need to be gluten free or is this a life choice? Love your healthy diet, so hard to come up with new ideas!

      Hi Emma,

Absolutely not, I just wanted to try it out to see if it made any difference to how I feel after eating wheat! It’s of course all depending on your own body/intolerances, etc.

I will make sure to include more food/diet posts in the future!
