I love a good olive oil. I used to cook with it all the time – now I only ever use it cold pressed in dressings, lightly sprinkled over salads, fish and other light meals, to add flavour. Therefore I am always after something new to add a good taste. I was curious to try this hemp oil from Good Oil – made from cold pressed hemp seeds, which is very high in protein. Other benefits?
It´s higher content of Omega 3, 6, & 9 than any other culinary oil, naturally rich in Omega 3, half the saturated fat of olive oil (!), contributes to the health of hair & skin, and helps cholesterol, immune system and joints.
Ok – so not just your average extra virgin olive oil, to say the least! It’s also got a seriously yummy mild and nutty flavour to it, and is now one of my most used ingredient in my kitchen cupboard!
