Detachable collars are the latest rage – in leather, sequins, pop-colours, you name it. It’s such a versatile piece as it can add an instant glam and edge to any outfit. I fell for this sequinned collar in black from KARL Karl Lagerfeld’s new collection, which launched on NET-A-PORTER last week. I wore it the other night sporting the androgyny’s look wearing all-black with leather shorts from Maje, black tights, Topshop jumper, coat from Jil Sander for Uniqlo and my Balenciaga ‘City’ bag. To add a feminine touch to the outfit I applied some red lipstick and of course the collar – which makes the whole outfit. Love it!
