With the ever changing weather, from freakishly mild winter days, to frosty and wet conditions… It takes a toll on your skin (I´m feeling it all to much at the moment), and the need to stay hydrated, both skin and body, is super important.
As well as starting every morning with my hot lemon water and immune boosting green juice (spinach, fennel, grapefruit, cucumber, celery, ginger & lime); what goes on my skin is never at random, and totally dependent on the season and how my skin is feeling that particular week. Right now, it feels quite clogged up from all the layering of moisturising creams and is feeling pretty uneven and dull.
My current beauty must-have´s to fight the weather, is AESOP´s Purifying Facial Exfoliant Paste with rosemary leaf and lavender oil – the perfect remedy to exfoliate my clogged up and dry skin, resurfacing a more clean and bright complexion. I´m also loving their Resurrection Aromatique Hand Balm with grapefruit seed extract and lavender oil; a total must-have for all weather conditions, leaving my skin, cuticles and nails super soft.
What are your beauty must-have´s to fight the chill?
I haven tried Aesop’s Skincare products, but the exfoliation sounds promising!
The hand balm is my all time favourite for years! I always make sure, that I have it with me in my purse and on my nightstand.
