I have been to California several times now and off to NYC next week… It´s safe to say that I love America (well the parts I´ve been to at least!). So when the opportunity arose to go to Dallas for the annual RewardStyle Blogger Conference – I jumped at it. Another tick in the travel box!
I flew out with my good friend and travel partner Lucy, which was nice seeing as it was a nearly 10-hour flight (and although I live to travel – I hate to fly, especially alone!). After arriving to The Joule, the uber chic hotel we were staying at, and also where the conference and first night´s rooftop pool party with Missguided was hosted; we dumped our bags in record speed, got freshened up and headed (very jet lagged) up to the party!
Mojitos on tap! Always a good thing.

It was so hot in Dallas on the first night… It was tempting to jump in this pool!
After grabbing dinner with the girls following the party, we hit the sack. Waking up (to this city view) at 5am with a killer jet lag, we got freshened up for the first day of conference!
But first, COFFEE!

Very strong decor game at The Joule… So much interior inspo!
After a few hours of meetings and conference sessions, we all headed to Americano for some lunch, hosted by Rodial.
A little afternoon break exploring the area on our bikes!

Come early evening, we headed out across the street from the hotel, to attend the super chic al fresco garden party, hosted by Joe Fresh. We straight away spotted a 30-foot-tall eyeball (it was hard not too!). Located a stone throw from Dallas´s arts district, the sculpture is part of The Joule hotel´s extensive art collection. Pretty impressive.
View of our hotel (and pool!).
More cocktails and wine on tap! The only way to cure the continuous jet lag…
Swinging, drinking, dancing… The summer garden party was as dreamy as it gets.

After enough drinks, chatting and dancing, Lucy and I were ravenous and jumped in a cab to the Bishops Art District, to the much loved and recommended French inspired bistro, Boulevardier. Electric atmosphere, great food (and oysters!) and attentive service. We were chatting and drinking wine until they literally were closing the doors. Sign of a good night!
Thank god I had some lash extensions put in before I flew out, these guys were a saviour in the mornings, when I looked less than fresh (to say the least), after very long days and nights.
After grabbing breakfast, Monikh and I hit the caffeine to boost up for yet another day of brand meetings, talks and classroom sessions (yes, parts of it was like being back at school!).

This was the incredible fashion & interior´s shop located within The Joule, called TenOverSix… Temptations were plentiful (I was seriously considering shipping one of the giant pastel coloured prints + this marble magazine stand!).
Catching up with Matches and drooling over this Loewe cross body bag… Need it in my life!
Lunch time (with the Giant Eyeball, again!) – hosted by Luisviaroma.
I wish all lunches would involve a cheeky glass of bubbly and CAKE…
Twinning in our Celiné Baby Audrey´s…
The Gucci Dionysus bag was everywhere!
Still feeling the love for camo.

After an incredible and pretty unforgettable finale party – hosted outside at the Opera house, with live performances, amazing music and no doubt questionable dance moves (talking about me, here) – I finally had a much needed lie-in and a lazy start to the day.
My Beauty Essentials from the tip, included:
The O&M Frizzy Logic Shine Serum to tame my new long hair, rehydrating my skin each night with Sarah Chapman´s Overnight Facial, keeping my make-up natural with Perricone MD´s No Foundation Foundation, my go-to Clarifying Detox Face Mask from Colleen Rothschild, getting the glow with Rodial´s bronzer and creamy blusher from W3ll People, and my signature go-to scent from Byredo (which since this, sadly broke in my suitcase on the way back!).
Our last coffee and brunch with my ladies at CBD Provisions.
Serious tile and interior inspo here!
A quick change and chill time by the rooftop pool, before heading back to London!

Sadly I didn´t get to explore as much as I would have liked to in Dallas this time around – but I´ll no doubt be back!
