My Greek adventure is starting to seem like a long time ago… Luckily my recent travel guides are bringing back all the memories. One of my favourite things about a going to warmer climates, sartorially speaking – is the more feminine and lightweight holiday wardrobe.
Jumping into that mini skirt, a loose fitted blouse or dress, and sticking to comfortable flat sandals (for most of the time). When I do decide to add a bit of a heel to my outfit, my go-to style for the summer is the mule – which is so easy to jump into; its the perfect height and much more comfortable with the block heel.
Personally I tend to go for more whites, denim and colourful prints when I am in holiday mode – but you can never really go wrong with black. I adore this black bardot top, teamed with my new favourite skirt of the season – which looked just as good with a white blouse, as with black; in other words, the perfect piece to take you from day-to-night and although minimal in its monochrome colour way – its such a statement piece with the tribal print and metallic accents.
